Vinyl Cone Collars
These are made from a smooth surfaced, flexible, tough and weather-resistant vinyl, designed for use on reflectorized traffic cones as described in the Federal Highway Administration's MUTCD, Part 6C-3. These are available in white, and can be removable for temporary use, or made permanent.
